GED Tutoring & Preparation

While most of our clients are initially seen for alcohol and substance abuse, CFC believes it is important to assess additional issues that can contribute to continued sobriety and success in other areas of life. Many of CFC’s clients have an educational deficit that often makes it difficult to find meaningful employment. For those clients, we have initiated a testing, tutoring and preparation program to prepare our clients to obtain a General Equivalency Diploma. Our staff will provide group and individual tutoring sessions, as well as administering Steck-Vaugh standardized placement and practice exams. Our staff will also assist in enrolling clients for the exam.
