Our Team

The staff of Counseling For Change is diverse and most have attained at least a Master’s degree in his chosen field. CFC is also a teaching facility and offers internships to students from the University of Southern Indiana, IVYTech, and others. CFC provides “hands on” learning opportunities to as many as eight interns each semester. CFC believes that ongoing training is an important part of staff development, and all therapists are offered opportunities to attend seminars and workshops to keep up on the latest treatment protocols.

Tiffani Boots MSW, LSW

Tiffani Boots is a therapist with CFC. Ms. Boots completed her Master of Social Work Degree at the University of Southern Indiana. Ms. Boots is currently a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). Ms. Boots is an Indiana Problem Gambling Awareness Program (IPGAP) Approved Compulsive Gambling Treatment Counselor. Ms. Boots is also trained in EMDR therapy. Ms. Boots provides individual, group, and family therapy.

Cody Fenwick LCAC-A

Cody Fenwick is a therapist with CFC. Mr. Fenwick completed his Master of Social Work Degree at the University of Southern Indiana. Mr. Fenwick is currently a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor Associate (LCAC-A-Temporary License). Mr. Fenwick is an Indiana Problem Gambling Awareness Program (IPGAP) Approved Compulsive Gambling Treatment Counselor. Mr. Fenwick is also trained in EMDR therapy. Mr. Fenwick provides individual, group, and family therapy.

Hannah Duckworth MSW, LCSW

Hannah Duckworth is a therapist with CFC. Ms. Duckworth completed her Master of Social Work Degree at the University of Southern Indiana. Ms. Duckworth is currently a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Ms. Duckworth is an Indiana Problem Gambling Awareness Program (IPGAP) Approved Compulsive Gambling Treatment Counselor. Sam Hargrove, LMFT
Psychotherapist

Sam Hargrove is a therapist at CFC and has over 25 years of experience in the treatment of addictions and mental health specializing in family therapy. Mr. Hargrove completed his Master of Counseling from the University of Evansville. Mr. Hargrove is currently a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). Mr. Hargrove is an Indiana Problem Gambling Awareness Program (IPGAP) Approved Compulsive Gambling Treatment Counselor. Mr. Hargrove is also trained in EMDR therapy Mr. Hargrove provides individual, group, and family therapy.

Melissa Stinson MSW, LSW

Melissa Stinson is a therapist with CFC. Ms. Stinson completed her Master of Social Work Degree at the University of Southern Indiana. Ms. Stinson is currently a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC-Temporary License). Heather Ungethiem MSW, LSW

Heather Ungethiem is a therapist with CFC. Ms. Ungethiem completed her Master of Social Work Degree at the University of Southern Indiana. Ms. Ungethiem is currently a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). Katherine J. Webb, LCAC, CADAC II
Psychotherapist

Katherine Webb is a therapist at Counseling For Change with over twenty years of experience in the treatment of addiction disorders. Ms. Webb graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Degree in Sociology. Ms. Webb is a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor and ICAADA-CADAC II certified. She is a DMHA Approved Compulsive Gambling Treatment Counselor and has worked with the homeless populations where she was instrumental in establishing a transitional shelter for the Community Action Program of Evansville (CAPE). Ms. Webb is a Certified Employment Specialist. Ms. Webb specializes in the treatment of opiate addiction and has several years of experience working in the field of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Ashley Williams MSW, LSW

Ashley Williams is a therapist with CFC. Ms. Williams completed her Master of Social Work Degree at the University of Southern Indiana. Ms. Williams is currently a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC-Temporary License). Ms. Williams is an Indiana Problem Gambling Awareness Program (IPGAP) Approved Compulsive Gambling Treatment Counselor. Ms. Williams is also trained in EMDR therapy. Ms. Williams provides individual, group, and family therapy.
